I have been in hospitality as an owner since 1998. Coming from a construction background I started out with a food truck operating as a caterer on the weekends and serving hungry workers at construction sites during the week. As the years went by I owned / operated a Tavern, Crab House and Cafe. In 2009 I hung up my apron and started teaching food safety. I have worked closely with one of the best in the business, Ed Sherwin from Sherwin Food Safety, learning from one of the best was an invaluable experience. I now provide food safety training, restaurant consulting services, and HACCP plan writing for many of the regions restaurants, hotels, casinos and more.
